Cortland Plastics International intends to provide our customers with a superior quality product. We will never be satisfied with the quality we are supplying to our customers. Our Quality Planning, use of Statistical Process Controls, Continual Improvements, and data collection methods will be evidence of our process capability and how it will lead to consistent product quality that will surpass our customer's quality specifications and expectations.
Realistically, there are no quality problems, just out-of-control processes. Tight process control minimizes the causes for non-conformance. It is the plant management's primary responsibility to ensure that our molded products conform to product drawing specifications and our customers perceived quality needs. Cost effective quality is obtained through process control and not by mass inspection and rework.
Since manufacturing a defect-free container is our most valuable asset, it is our committment to cover all phases of our operation to see that our customers prescribed levels of quality are met and exceeded.
